VACC Marketplace is VACC's new online store, designed for automotive businesses to purchase the products they need to operate.
Does the OurAuto iStore still exist?
No, the OurAuto iStore has been discontinued and replaced by VACC Marketplace.
Will my OurAuto iStore login details still work?
No, you will need to create a new username and password to access VACC Marketplace.
Can I place an over the phone?
No, all orders must be placed online via the VACC Marketplace website.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be using Visa or MasterCards credit/debit cards only.
Do VACC/TACC members receive a discount?
Yes, VACC/TACC members are eligible for a 15% discount.

How will I receive my order?
You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:
- Courier Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you selected.
- Click & Collect
Collect your order from:
Brand Services, 24 Metrolink Circuit, Campbellfield VIC 3061
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Non-personalised items:
- Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after midday, are dispatched the next business day.
Personalised items:
- Dispatched within 10-15 business days.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times by location:
- Victoria (VIC): 1-3 business days
- South Australia (SA): 2-4 business days
- New South Wales (NSW): 2-4 business days
- Queensland (QLD): 3-5 business days
- Tasmania (TAS): 3-5 business days
- Western Australia (WA): 5-7 business days
- Northern Territory (NT): 5-7 business days
What is the returns process?
To return a product:
- Download the Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) Form
- Complete the form
- Follow the instructions provided within the form
