Refund policy

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be authorised and submitted within 30 days of purchase with a completed Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form.

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds are available for non-personalised products only.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for merchandise that is damaged in transit or not delivered to our facility.

We recommend returning products via a trackable courier service such as StarTrack Express, FedEx, or Australia Post Certified Mail to ensure proof of delivery and full credit eligibility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
